Range & Origin

• Which machines does Unigroup AG offer?
  We offer used process and packaging machinery from renowned European manufacturers for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry: filling machines, tube fillers, labellers, cartoning machines, wrapping machines, blister machines, autoclaves, laminar flow units and closing machines. All machines are available immediately from stock in Aesch.
• Where do the machines come from – and why mostly from Switzerland?
  We exclusively purchase well-maintained machines from renowned Swiss pharmaceutical and cosmetics companies. Swiss industrial companies generally maintain their equipment very carefully – this is the foundation for the consistently high quality of our machine inventory.

Condition, Inspection & Warranty

• Are the machines technically inspected – is there a warranty?
  The machines are sold without technical inspection and without warranty. We deliberately purchase only well-maintained equipment from reputable companies, which provides a solid basis. If you would still like an inspection prior to purchase, we are happy to arrange this on request, together with the respective machine manufacturers or with independent engineers.
• Can I view a machine before purchasing?
  Yes, a personal viewing is possible at any time. Our warehouse, covering more than 2,500 m², is located at Industriestrasse 45, 4147 Aesch – just 10 minutes from Basel and easily accessible by car and public transport. Please contact us in advance at +41 61 751 55 00 or info@unigroup.ch.
• Can the equipment be modified, converted or repaired?
  Yes. A team reviews the available options and modifications and assesses which conversions or adjustments can be carried out at the customer's request and expense.

Service & Delivery

• Does Unigroup AG offer service, maintenance or spare parts?
  We primarily focus on the purchase and sale of used machinery. Together with an external team, we provide support regarding service, spare parts and commissioning. If required, direct contact with the machine manufacturer can also be arranged.
• Which countries does Unigroup AG deliver to?
  We deliver worldwide. Since all machines are immediately available from stock, you benefit from fast processing – without the long lead times typical of new machinery. On request, we coordinate packaging, transport and logistics together with experienced specialists.

About Us & Contact

• How long has Unigroup AG been active in the used machinery business?
  Unigroup AG was founded by Eric Lampart and initially focused on new machinery with general agencies for renowned manufacturers. In 1991, the subsidiary LAMPACK AG (renamed SECMA AG in 1996) was established, specialising from the outset in used equipment for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry. In mid-2014, the two companies merged to form today's Unigroup AG, which has since dealt exclusively in used machinery.
